saaawing battah! (Ferris Bueller anyone?)

Mallina did T-Ball this summer, and it was pretty hilarious. She ended up on a team that only had one boy and 10 girls. Most of the girls were from her primary class and it was a lot of fun. They spent a lot of time playing choochoo train in the field, and running up and down the hill while waiting to bat. My little southpaw did pretty well out on the field and up to bat. Baseball is a slow game by nature so at times she said she was kinda bored. Soccer starts next week, I don't think she'll get bored with that :) Poor Eva was dying to play too, we even bought her a mitt to play with, she will have her chance next year. Hopefully she will like soccer too...I have a feeling that will be just as entertaining as T-Ball was.

Neener neener noo noo

My little neener noo, a.k.a. Mallina, is FIVE years old! This past year has been pretty eventful.

She went to school for the first time and graduated,

the she went to another school and graduated, again

We went to the zoo,
Where she became part of the groundhog exhibit then she was on her first t-ball team!

She sure was a cute babybut she couldn't be any cuter than she is now, missing SIX teeth,
that all came out before she was five!
Yesterday was her actual birthday, but she was confused about her party being on Saturday, and she told me that she still feels like she is four. She got a few presents yesterday, and we took her out for a fancy cupcake, but I will be posting more pictures after her party, if I survive. We've never done a friend party before. I'm kinda nervous!
